INDUSTRIAL LEATHER WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty period

- Leather PISA, MILAN, ROMA, POLO, PANAMA, MARIO, NAPOLI is 12 months

- BOSS skin is 18 months

Warranty period is calculated from delivery date to customer feedback date.

Warranty coverage

The leather surface is cracked, peeling, and cracked.

Warranty Exclusions

No warranty due to force majeure, user error such as tearing the leather, scratching the leather, using substandard and improper leather cleaning solutions & chemicals that damage the leather surface, the leather surface becomes dirty. Product storage that does not meet standards leads to damage to the leather surface.

No warranty for leather surfaces that have been written on with ballpoint pens, felt-tip pens, colored pens, etc. Leather surfaces that have been scratched by animals or pets such as dogs, cats, etc. Leather surfaces that have been burned by cigarette butts or fire.

Once the product is put into use, only the defective or damaged leather part is warranted. The non-defective leather parts are not warranted.

Warranty conditions

When the product is defective during the warranty period, the customer must provide COCO with full information such as photos, video clips of the defective product, delivery receipt showing the product code, quantity and date of purchase. When the customer returns the product to the factory for processing, COCO will send a technician to the factory to check the actual product. When it is confirmed that it is indeed a COCO product, the product will be delivered to the customer under warranty and free of shipping charges. The customer will have to return the defective part of the warranty to COCO so that COCO can send it to the factory for inspection to find the cause of the defect.

COCO will not provide warranty in case the material has been used to create the product but the customer does not detect any defects from the cutting and sewing process (such as holes, leather patches, leather joints, stains, defects, stains... on the leather surface).

COCO only accepts warranty for COCO's defective leather products, otherwise COCO will not be responsible for other costs incurred by the customer.

Customers are required to check the product code, quality and quantity of the goods immediately upon receipt. COCO will not be responsible if the customer has received the goods but then reports that the goods are defective or insufficient in quantity. The returned product must be intact, with the same quantity and quality as when received.

BED PRICE WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty period

Rusty iron frame, termite-eaten wooden slats, cracked and split

Warranty Exclusions

Due to force majeure, user error such as broken wooden slats, broken iron frames, broken plastic buttons, moldy wooden slats, wooden slats separating due to humidity & water seepage

Once the product is put into use, the warranty only covers replacement of defective or damaged parts. The warranty does not cover replacement of the entire product.

Warranty conditions

When the product is defective during the warranty period, the customer must provide COCO with full information such as photos, video clips of the defective product, delivery receipt showing the product code, quantity and date of purchase. COCO's sales staff confirms that the product is indeed COCO's product, then the product will be delivered to the customer under warranty and free shipping.

COCO only accepts warranty for COCO Bed Mattress products, otherwise COCO will not be responsible for other costs incurred by customers.

Customers are required to check the quality and quantity of goods and accessories immediately upon receipt. COCO will not be responsible if the customer has received the goods but then reports that the goods and accessories are missing in quantity. The returned product must be intact and in the same quantity as when received.
